Fourteen days from application to public listing. One annual check after that.

We publish what we check, when we check it, and who signs off. If something fails, you see exactly why.

Fill out the application

Practice details, state license number, and the CorpFree ownership Legal Independence Agreement. Most people finish in under twenty minutes.

Start your membership

Submit your simple annual payment through our secure Stripe account.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE $399 per location for your first year as a Founding Member ($499 per location, per year, standard).

A reviewer reads it

Every application is personally reviewed by CorpFree. Applications are always evaluated by a real person—never an automated approval process.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE We cross-check license status, business filings, and your Legal Independence Agreement. If something is missing we tell you exactly what, no boilerplate rejections.

Day 10

You hear back

"Approved", "Needs an update", or "Declined". Either way you get written notes and can reply in the dashboard.

Your profile goes live

Once approved and paid, your listing publishes with the seal and a public certification record anyone can check. Your Welcome Package is on its way!

The seal is re-earned every year.

Thirty days before your membership renews, we open the file again. Same checks, same standard, same reviewers. If ownership or licensing changes in between, that starts a short review on its own. The listing reflects the truth, not a snapshot from a year ago.

Who qualifies

Six things we need every applicant to be able to say yes to.

If a practice cannot sign off on all six, we will not approve the listing, even if the application is otherwise complete.

Of applicants who answer yes to all six.
Owned 51% or more by licensed doctors who actually practice
Active state dental or veterinary license we can confirm with the board
No majority ownership held by a DSO or corporate veterinary group
No controlling stake held by a private equity roll up
Willing to sign the CorpFree Legal Independence Agreement and re-sign it every year
Owner/Doctor has governance and decision-making authority
