Privacy Policy
Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how CorpFree (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our site, browse our directory of independently-owned dental and veterinary practices, submit a membership application, or use our Provider Portal. If you have questions about this policy, please reach us through our Contact page.
Information we collect
Directory visitors. If you search or browse our public directory, we collect standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and, if you use the practice finder, the city or ZIP code you search for. We do not require an account to browse the directory.
Membership applicants. If you apply to certify your practice through our Apply wizard, we collect your name, role, business and personal contact details, practice location(s) and hours, doctor/owner information, licensing and specialty details, uploaded documents (such as proof of ownership), photos, and payment information (see “Payment processing” below). Application progress is temporarily saved in your browser so you can resume later.
Provider Portal accounts. Certified practices can log in to a Provider Portal to manage their listing — practice details, hours, doctors, photos, services, insurance/technology information, and marketing assets. We store the account credentials and listing data you enter there.
Google account connections. If a provider chooses to connect their Google Business Profile, we use Google OAuth to request limited access to import business information and customer reviews for display on their certified listing. We only request the access needed for that feature and store the resulting connection and review data, not your Google password.
Contact form. If you contact us through our Contact page, we collect the name, email, and message you provide in order to respond to you.
Payment processing
Membership payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code — that information is sent directly to Stripe. We retain only the transaction records Stripe provides us (such as payment status and amount) to manage your membership. See Stripe’s own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for how Stripe handles your payment data.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to the Provider Portal. The Apply wizard uses your browser’s local storage (not a cookie sent to our server) to save your in-progress application for a limited time so you can leave and resume later; this data stays on your device and expires automatically. If our site owner enables Google Analytics, Google may also set cookies to measure site usage — see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use your information
We use the information above to: operate and display the public directory; review and process certification applications; operate the Provider Portal; process membership payments; respond to inquiries; and maintain the security and integrity of our site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We share information with the service providers who help us run our site and business, including our hosting provider, Stripe (payment processing), and Google (OAuth login and Business Profile/reviews import, only for providers who connect their account). Practice-level information you submit as part of certification (business name, location, hours, doctors, services, photos) is published publicly on your certified listing by design. We do not share your personal account information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain application and account information for as long as your account or listing is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes. Locally-stored, in-progress Apply wizard drafts expire automatically after a short period.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through our Contact page. Provider Portal users can update most listing information directly in the portal.
Children’s privacy
Our site is intended for business use by dental and veterinary practice owners and staff, and for adult patients researching practices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
