This will be the first and last review that I am writing for Just Cats Clinic, as my baby girl Kaia crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly yesterday during a routine dental procedure and never woke up... We've been bringing Kaia to the clinic since we moved to the area in 2021 and they have taken such good care of her. All of the staff and doctors are always so kind and patient with her. They always told me how much of a superstar and sweetheart she is at the vet since she rarely complains. All the doctors and techs would always explain everything to me in the kindest way possible. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl for the past 4 years. Thank you for letting us have a moment with her before you took her body away, and for making sure that she's not alone afterwards. My heart aches as I am writing this, but I know that you did everything you can for her during her last moments. I really hope that miss Kaia has left a permanent paw print on your hearts just as she has with mine.

I said goodbye to my sweet Aurora last week after discovering that a long-term illness we had been managing had progressed to cancer. Letting her go after more than eleven years together was a profoundly difficult and painful experience, and the compassion and kindness of everyone at Just Cats Clinic that night was something I will never forget. What I will always be grateful for, though - even more than the way the team at the clinic helped ease Rory's last moments - is the years they bought us with their excellent care, and how they helped ensure Rory enjoyed those years with the best quality of life possible. It was their team who diagnosed Rory with IBD and set her up with a treatment plan that saw her regain weight and vigor that had declined, and when she began having trouble jumping onto the couch, they diagnosed her arthritis and hip dysplasia and prescribed a regimen of treatment that helped her return to her couch-climbing ways. Rory - usually a sweet, silly, floppy cat who loved people - absolutely hated going to the vet, and I worried that one day she would get too spicy and hurt someone. But everyone who worked with her at the clinic was gentle, patient, and understanding. They went out of their way to try to minimize her stress, which eased my stress, too. I never doubted that the team was invested in Rory and her continued health and happiness. The whole team at Just Cats Clinic was helpful and professional; they were happy to answer my many, many questions as I tried to understand Rory's various conditions and the treatments available to her. Their urgent care hours were a godsend on more than one occasion, including our last visit. My home is quiet now that Aurora has crossed the rainbow bridge, but I'll be returning to Just Cats Clinic as soon as a new friend finds their way to me. There is no one I would trust more to see my cat through.
