What the annual re-check covers
- A fresh Legal Independence Agreement, personally signed by the owner
- Current state license, checked against the board
- State corporate filings, re-pulled and re-read for ownership changes
- A reviewer sign-off, the same standard as day one
Between anniversaries
We also monitor state corporate filings year-round. If a member’s ownership structure changes, the listing is flagged for immediate re-review, not at the next anniversary. If a re-check fails, the listing and the seal come down within fourteen days, and the practice moves to our public record of removed listings.
